All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers, and Peperse does not store complete payment card information on its servers. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on Peperse.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and software, are the exclusive property of Peperse and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Peperse.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting Peperse at the registered address. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may proceed with arbitration. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees.
